Here are a few simple recipes and remember if you know a good recipe, and want to share it, email us at hello@todayonline.uk.
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 French bread baguettes cut in half (and halved depending on size length).
Olive oil.
Tomato puree.
Pepperoni slices (small) or topping(s) of your choice.
Grated cheese.
Grated parmesan cheese.
HOW TO MAKE (for 2-4 people):
With the French sliced French bread, drizzle a little oil on each piece individually, being careful NOT to get it everywhere and spread over with the back of a spoon.
Leave to set for a few minutes then squirt tomato puree and then spread it with the back of a spoon and again leave for a few minutes.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and mozzarella (you can also just use one kind if you wish).
Add the pepperoni and then place on a tray in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown but keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn’t burn as it can very easily burn.
Serve then enjoy.
