What you’ll need:

(You can substitute the pasta for rice, meat for Soya/tofu/Tuna and peas for sweetcorn or mixed veg remember).

Depending on size, 75 – 300g of dried pasta shells (shells work best to retain/suck up flavour).

3 Tablespoons of garlic and herb cream cheese (plain is fine).

One onion (optional).

10 Rashes of bacon, chopped into cubes (or use equivalent in Lardons) or one of the replacement(s) mentioned above.

100 grams of frozen sweetcorn (tinned sweetcorn is fine, but not as tasty as frozen).

How to prepare:

Cook and drain the pasta (depending on variety 8-12 minutes), amount varies depending on how many you are cooking for.

Chop the onions and chop the rashes of bacon and fry in shallow oil for 3-5 minutes (or until cooked/brown).

Microwave for 4 minutes in warm water, the sweetcorn (frozen sweetcorn can be cooked from frozen).

Drain the fat (however you can also add it to the recipe).

Add the fried bacon and onion into the pan of pasta along with the sweetcorn and add 3 generous tablespoons of the garlic and herb cream sauce.

Gently heat, as to avoiding over cooking/burning for a minute or two and ensure recipe is all mixed in together.

Then next you SERVE AND ENJOY!
