Here is another delicious one pot recipe you can make (and if you’re not a beans fan, you can leave it out). Also try adding some sweetcorn, but that’s optional too.
WHAT YOU NEED:
250 grams of dried Pennine pasta (or equivalent).
1 tin of sunflower oil tuna.
1 tin of baked beans (any variety will do).
HOW TO MAKE (for 4-6 people):
Simply prepare 250 grams of pasta, cook, and then drain.
Add tinned tuna with sunflower oil, and a tin of beans with the juice and stir well together.
Place in a ceramic oven dish and cover with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese gets golden brown.
Take out of oven, leave to cool, and then serve immediately, and it goes down really well with a side of chips.
