What you’ll need:
450 grams (1 pound) cubed beef/minced meat
1 tin can condensed golden mushroom soup
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons of sour cream cheese (or cream cheese)
How to prepare:
Firstly, cook and drain the pasta (depending on variety 8-12 minutes), amount varies depending on how many you are cooking for.
Then brown the mince/beef chunks until brown, then ensure this is cooked for about 8-10 mins.
Pour the chopped onions to very quickly fry, followed by the Worcestershire sauce then after a minute add the onions.
Add the condensed mushroom soup and the sour cream.
Leave to slowly cook on a lower heat for about 15-20 mins, but keeping an eye so the recipe doesn’t dry out and you can add a small amount of water should it start drying.
Optional, add pepper, salt and half a tea spoon of paprika to really spice this recipe up.
